Help & FAQ
The Custom Party Set
What is it?
It fills one of our ready-made Desk Studio Co. party sets with your details: your name on the welcome sign and prize tags, and one unique bingo card for every guest. The designs are our hand-made ones; nothing is generated from scratch.
How does the unlock work?
The preview is free and shows every page with a PREVIEW watermark. Tap Unlock clean PDF ($2.49) to pay on Gumroad. Your receipt email has a license key. Paste it into the key box and tap Apply, and your clean PDF downloads right away.
Need it again later? Open the tool on the same device; your key is remembered. On another device, paste the key from your receipt again.
Can I use my voice?
Yes, in browsers that support it (Chrome on Android and computers works best). Tap the microphone and say something like "Baby shower for Ava, Saturday March 13, about 18 guests, hosted by Jordan and Sam". Check the filled-in chips, then fix anything by typing.
On iPhone, voice input can be unreliable and isn't available inside the Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook apps, so typing is always there. Your keyboard's own mic button works too.
How many bingo cards do I get?
One per guest, from 2 to 100. Cards print 2 per page, so an odd number gets one spare. No two cards are the same, and no two share a winning line.
Is it the same as buying the full set?
No. The Custom Party Set is the personalized pages: the welcome sign, prize tags or certificates, your bingo cards and calling cards (classroom sets add name tags, with each student's name if you list them). The full game sets with all their games and answer keys are separate $2.49 products in our shop.
Printing tips
How do I print it?
Print at 100% / "Actual size", not "Fit to page". Pick US Letter or A4 in the tool before you download, to match your paper.
Regular paper is fine. Cardstock looks best for the welcome sign, tags and bingo cards. On a phone, open the PDF and use Share > Print, or save it to Files or Drive and print from a computer.
Letter or A4?
US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) is standard in the US and Canada. A4 is standard almost everywhere else. Both versions have the same pages.
Orders
Where do I find my purchases?
Gumroad emails a receipt with your download link and license key. Every product page is on our Gumroad store.
